Environment logic were appointed by Thatcher Building Services to design and install solar for their in-house development of two semi-detached domestic properties in Sunbury-on-Thames. Having worked with our team in the past they knew that we could help with their complicated design requirements.
The building SAP required a full 3.00kW on each of these busy elevations. Skylights and dormers presented a problem when opting for standard glass modules.
We knew that the best solution for the client was one of our BIPV solar systems. Each roof has 200 ergosun integrated roof tiles meeting the electricity yield required for planning and providing a beautiful finished installation.
“We regularly work with Environment Logic as they are exceptionally helpful and thorough. They worked very closely with our architect on the numerous design challenges this project presented. We are delighted with the finished system. Not only did it meet our planning requirements but a whole 6kW on these houses, and it is almost invisible.“– Melvin Thatcher, Director, Thatcher’s Buildings
